Shachah-Ministering to Your Health
Have you been called to ministry? Do you struggle with health problems? Do you long to find time and energy to exercise? Have you tried programs in the past but have had little success? If so, now is the time to try something completely different. Shachah is enabling Christians around the world to lose weight, tone and build muscle, all while meditating on, and learning scripture. Each week, you will study and learn the scripture-based foundations for improving health and and practice powerful postures set to scripture, designed to build spiritual and physical muscles. Part exercise for the body and part exercise for the spirit! (Work out attire recommended, suitable for all fitness levels. Please bring an exercise mat and water.)

God wants us to keep our temples healthy and holy. Overeating and lack of exercise are common issues for so many! During this small group, we will learn about the importance of putting God first, being obedient to the Spirit and keeping our tongue in check when it comes to our health. We will also spend some time exercising together, increasing our flexibility and getting toned!
