Come explore God’s plan for you from a male perspective focusing on your health and wellness along with other challenges that men face.  Designed by a Certified Biblical Health Coach as a weight-loss tool, the 8 Week Transformation also doubles as a pathway to a closer walk with God. During each session, you will ponder and meditate on powerful scriptures, and explore practical strategies designed to help you lose weight, feel great and draw closer to The Lord.  The 8 Week Transformation Workbook includes purpose-driven devotions, worksheets, a prayer journal and hundreds of meal ideas to get you started and keep you going on your journey!

Fight Club Bible Study

Dive into the Word of God with other men and spend time reflecting on His Truths.  This group will meet every Wednesday as a Small Group, but will also meet on the first Friday of the month as a large group for Fight Club Night.

From bench presses to hex squats this group will give you the opportunity to learn some older and newer exercises to add to your routine.  There will also be an encouraging devotion.  Adults only, please.
